| 6. Scanned copy of Passing Certificate and Marksheet of Post Graduate Degree in Veterinary Science/Medicine/Surgery & Radiology/Pharmacology & Toxicology from a recognized University or equivalent in pdf ( if applicable) | |
| 7. Scanned copy of 5 years Practical Experience Certificate (5 years practical experience in a specific breeding and maintenance and care of laboratory animals) in pdf | |

| Note: The maximum size of each of the pdf documents and passport size photograph is 400kb and minimum is 100kb. It is advised to scan the documents at resolution of 200ppi or below to reduce the size of the document. | |
